Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we start planning our event?
For large-scale conferences and summits, we recommend starting 6-8 months ahead to ensure ideal venue selection and speaker availability. However, we can execute smaller events and roundtables with 2-3 months' notice. The earlier we begin, the more opportunities we have to create unique experiences and secure top-tier participants.
Do you handle all aspects of event production?
Yes, we provide end-to-end event management. From initial concept and venue selection to speaker curation, production management, and on-site coordination. We act as your single point of contact, managing all vendors and partners while keeping you informed throughout the process. This allows your team to focus on content and relationships while we handle the logistics.
Can you help build ongoing community after the event?
Absolutely! We specialize in turning one-time events into thriving communities. Our team designs engagement programs that extend beyond the event, including follow-up gatherings, digital communities, content series, and networking opportunities. We'll work with you to create a sustainable community strategy that delivers long-term value for your attendees.
