We rebuilt Flomingl for live events. Guests enter a flock code or scan the entry QR, finish a four-tap signup, and get a personal QR. When two guests swap, the scanner gets a private AI opener that only the scanner sees. Contacts move only after both people say yes, and each side gets prefilled email or SMS plus LinkedIn and Instagram links tagged with Flomingl UTM. The night ends with a prize draw that excludes hosts, and there are no public attendee lists.
Challenge
Event networking still breaks down the same way. Guests leave with contacts they never follow up on, or they never start the conversation. Organizers need fast check-in and a reason to mingle without publishing a public attendee list. Swapping contacts by default makes guests cautious. We needed a guest flow that stays private until both sides choose to connect, and organizer tools that run a flock without clipboard check-in.
Approach
We shipped the rerelease on Lovable around one guest path: flock code or entry QR, four-tap signup, personal QR. Scanning another guest returns a private AI opener only the scanner sees. A mutual yes releases contacts, with prefilled follow-up ready to send. Organizers get a printable flock QR, people views by role, sticky profiles per organizer, and an end-of-night prize draw with hosts excluded. There are no public attendee lists.
