Collette Hart serves as Operations Partner at Purple Horizons, where she's the connective tissue between ideas and shipped work. With over two decades in agency operations, Collette spent five years at Zimmerman Advertising - rising from Account Coordinator to Operations Director - where she managed traffic, web, and project management teams on the agency's largest account, Lennar. Since 2019, she's been Project Manager at Naka, working alongside PH co-founder Gianni D'Alerta, and has run her own independent marketing and operations practice for over a decade.
At Purple Horizons, Collette brings the project management discipline that lets a practitioner-led shop scale across AI marketing, training, and ecosystem work without losing edge or pace. She holds an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida International University.
