How an engagement works

1. A working conversation
We start by talking with the people who own the problem, not only the person who found us online. We want to understand how work actually moves through your team: where the time goes, where mistakes happen, and where people are already trying AI on their own. 2. Pick one first use case

3. Train the people who will use it

4. Build it and run it
